Radon’s theorem revisited

Jürgen Eckhoff · Birkhäuser Basel eBooks · 1979

Radon’s theorem is one of the cornerstones of combinatorial geometry. It asserts that each set of d + 2 points in R d can be expressed as the union of two disjoint subsets whose convex hulls have a common point. Moreover, the number d + 2 is the smallest which has the stated property. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
