Filter Design for Image Restoration

In this paper an attempt is made to implement the quadratic Volterra filter, which is proposed for Image Restoration and Image Enhancement. Hardware has been designed using iAPX 86 family of components. Software (MSRESTO) has been developed in PL/M86 language so that it can be executed in any system.
