Adding object-orientation to Genesis
Surya Muntha, Larry J. Morell · Journal of computing sciences in colleges · 2006
Genesis is an algorithm language designed to assist instructors in introductory programming courses to teach problem solving and algorithm writing skills. Genesis, with its simple syntax and semantic features has been used for several semesters to teach introductory algorithm design in procedural programming courses. Adding objecte-oriented features to Genesis will facilitate its use in degree programs that begin with object-oriented programming.
