Signals with Stochastic Parameters

The signal, in the act of being propagated and returned, is subjected to noise, which is the reason for changes in the signal structure. The changes in the signal structure caused by changes in the signal parameters, for example, the initial phase and amplitude of the signal, are not taken into account beforehand during signal processing and detection. But when the time of correlation (or period) of the noise is much more than the signal duration T, the changes in the initial phase and amplitude of the signal caused by the noise are relatively slow, and we may neglect these changes within the limits of the signal duration T, assuming that the initial phase and amplitude of the signal vary only from one realization to another.
