The Command Dispatcher Pattern

This pattern increases the flexibility of applications by enabling their services to be changed, by adding,replacing or removing any command handlers at any point in time without having to modify, recompile orstatically relink the application. By simulating the command-evaluation feature common in interpretedlanguages, this pattern supports the need for continual, incremental evolution of applications.
