A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO THE ANALYSIS OF PERTURBED SPECTRA

A systematic approach to the analysis of perturbed spectra is presented. The techniques developed should prove useful in providing values of resonance parameters and ``departurbed'' molecular parameters. The techniques are demonstrated on simulated and observed spectra.
