Nowadays, mobile phone has become a significant media on campus. In order to construct harmonious campus culture, we should completely realize the important power of mobile phone. This essay analyzes the public side effects, which the mobile phone brings into campus. Eventually, the author explores how to effectively construct a campus supervision system on mobile phone media.
